Caller

This position requires representative to conduct outbound calls in order to communicate with Potential Claimants determined by Research Department. After claimant(s) has/have been reached, representative's responsibility is to inform the claimant(s) that a Claimant packet will be sent out to them via Priority mail or as an email attachment. Complete and submit Company forms by email.

Paperwork Preparer

This position requires representative to effectively gather and prepare required claimant documentary proof for submittal as well as official County, State or Federal documents for Claim submittal as required by government agency.
